Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Customer Associate:
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and assisting attitude.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
• Assist with inventory supervision, restocking merchandise, and designing product showcases.
• Expertly execute Point of Sale (POS) transactions with accuracy.
• Assist in ensuring the store team cultivates an inviting and proficient atmosphere.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Customer Associate:
• To be considered, individuals must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A sound grasp of rudimentary math skills is mandatory.
• Expressive and skilled in interpersonal interactions.
