Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots
• Checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our cars at return
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
• Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• The willingness to work outdoors and adapt to changing situations
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• The ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
