Responsibilities
- Assess and handle risk control alerts according to the SOP, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of alert handling during work hours to avoid false positives and missed alerts.
- Review user information and withdrawal requests.
- Monitor changes in risk control rules of external competitors and provide corresponding suggestions based on existing rules.
- Continuously learn platform rules and enhance personal professional skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- Possess business sensitivity and awareness of risk
- Strong psychological quality with effective communication and judgment skills
- Strong logical thinking and data collection and analysis abilities
- Strict adherence to professional ethics and information security and confidentiality in daily work
- Available to work on weekends and with rotated shifts between day and overnight shifts
- Proficiency in English is required
