We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Business Development Director who brings both heart and initiative—someone who can support clinical intake needs while also helping grow our presence and referral relationships across the service area.

What You’ll Do ---
Clinical & Intake Responsibilities
• Complete new client intake assessments and ongoing reassessments as needed to determine non-medical care needs.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with families, caregivers, and leadership.
• Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers, providing guidance, oversight, and support related to client care needs.
• Assist with caregiver management, including education, care plan implementation, and communication to ensure quality care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and documentation standards.
Business Development & Growth
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, VA clinics, senior centers, social workers, case managers, and other referral partners.
• Educate referral sources and families on Home Halo non-medical homecare services and admission process.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on referrals and leads with professionalism and care.
• Represent Home Halo at community events, networking meetings, and health fairs.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including events, community engagement, and promotional initiatives.
• Track outreach activity, referrals, and outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop creative strategies for growth, caregiver engagement, and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of FLORIDA
• A driven, compassionate professional who genuinely cares about seniors and their families.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who thrives independently and takes initiative without constant direction.
• Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with business development efforts.
• Previous experience in homecare, community health, admissions, or healthcare sales preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
