Black Anchor Homes is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive / Closer (Remote) who knows how to build trust, uncover customer needs, negotiate effectively, and turn qualified appointments into closed deals.

We acquire distressed and off-market properties direct from sellers — primarily through wholesale assignment, with select deals moved into fix-and-flip or buy-and-hold when the numbers support it.

What You'll Do
• Take over qualified appointments from the Lead Manager
• Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their goals
• Conduct scheduled sales calls and present tailored solutions
• Negotiate effectively while creating win-win outcomes
• Overcome objections and confidently guide prospects toward a buying decision
• Maintain accurate records and notes in ReSimpli CRM
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale
• Track activity, performance, and pipeline updates
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in closing sales, inside sales, high-ticket sales, or a similar closing role
• Proven track record of consistently closing deals and exceeding sales goals
• Experience in door-to-door, solar, roofing, timeshare, auto, or similar sales-heavy industries
• Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and communication skills
• Comfortable working inside a CRM system (ReSimpli experience is a plus)
• Self-motivated, coachable, organized, and results-oriented
