Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales growth for our consumer electronic product line in the U.S. This remote position requires a proven track record in managing relationships with major retailers like Best Buy, Costco, and Walmart. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in channel sales within the consumer electronics industry to strengthen partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue in the U.S. consumer electronics market. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
- Retail Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with top U.S. retailers, including Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, and others. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and product placement to maximize sales.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work with marketing teams to develop channel-specific promotions. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Sales Monitoring & Forecasting: Track sales performance and ensure targets are met. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Representation & Brand Alignment: Represent the company at trade shows, retailer meetings, and industry events. Ensure alignment of retail strategies with the brand's objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in channel sales or retail sales management, particularly in consumer electronics.
- Retail Relationships: Strong track record managing relationships with U.S. retailers (Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
- Sales Expertise: Expertise in sales strategies, retail marketing, and merchandising.

- Base Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
