We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale and optimize our sales processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with data, digging into systems, and building solutions that drive meaningful business results.
As part of our team, you’ll help bridge the gap between our Product-Led Growth (PLG) roots and our expanding sales motion. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your career in sales operations, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Support and maintain our sales tech stack, with a focus on Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Assist in the creation and management of commission structures, territory plans, and performance reporting.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, including pipeline health, SDR impact, and quota attainment.
Partner with the sales team to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Analyze sales data to uncover trends, provide insights, and help shape decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support sales goals.
You Could Be a Great Fit If:
You have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
You’re comfortable working with Salesforce and can build reports, dashboards, and workflows.
You have experience with sales engagement tools like Outreach and can leverage them to optimize team productivity.
You’re highly analytical and enjoy diving into data to solve problems and uncover insights.
You’re detail-oriented with a knack for creating streamlined processes.
You’re an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work across teams to achieve goals.
You Might Not Be a Great Fit If:
You’re new to Salesforce or sales operations and lack hands-on experience with systems or processes.
You’re not comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where priorities may shift quickly.
You prefer highly structured roles with little room for creativity or problem-solving.
