• *Role Description**
This is a remote contract role for a Commission-Only Sales Specialist. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales. The role also involves conducting client consultations and participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and sales techniques. As the face of the company, the Sales Specialist will represent ANT Digital Firm’s services and communicate their value to prospective clients.
• *Qualifications**
• Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and lead generation
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Training and guiding clients through solutions that meet their business needs
• Ability to work independently in a remote, commission-only role
• Proficiency in understanding brand management and digital marketing is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable
• Motivated self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a commission-based role is advantageous
• *Commission Terms:**
• Contractor will receive 20% of the first month’s payment for each client they successfully close.
• Contractor will receive 10% of monthly recurring revenue for the first three (3) months of each retained client.
• Example based on average deal size: $2,500/month client Month 1 commission: $500 Months 2–4: $250/month Total per deal ≈ $1,250
