Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement core blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms. Write high-performance, secure, and efficient code in languages like Go, Rust, or C++. Develop and maintain robust testing frameworks for protocol-level code. Collaborate with researchers and engineers on cryptographic primitives and security enhancements. Participate in code reviews and contribute to establishing engineering best practices. Document technical designs and protocol specifications clearly. Requirements Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Cryptography, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on systems-level programming and distributed systems. Proven experience in blockchain protocol development, including contributions to major open-source projects. Expertise in low-level programming languages such as Go, Rust, or C++. Deep understanding of cryptography, network protocols, and distributed consensus algorithms. Experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges in large-scale distributed systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team. Experience with systems design and architecture.
