Key Responsibilities

- Participating in tracking and managing open issues and planning for their resolution.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Overseeing the success of UAT, including documentation, verification, and release.
- Implementing practices and procedures for end-user test plans.
- Identifying and documenting gaps or system deficiencies and coordinating appropriate actions.
- Problem Identification and Resolution:
- Identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting problems using acquired experience and knowledge.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to monitor, report, and resolve issues.
- Participating in the development of solutions and workarounds for moderate to high complexity issues.
- Documentation and Analysis:
- Reviewing, analyzing, and creating detailed documentation of business systems, processes, software, and user needs.
- Developing and collaborating on key project and requirement deliverables for projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Project Management and Risk Mitigation:
- Monitoring and reporting project status to identify and mitigate risks.
- Coordinating assigned projects from concept through implementation and prioritizing new work requests.
- Policy-Related Queries:
- Answering policy-related questions for business processes, systems, and software, which may require research and consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or other analytical roles (or 9 years of equivalent experience without a degree).
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality, effective deliverables on time and contributing significantly to the development of cost-effective solutions.
- Extensive experience in business analysis, specifically within the Conversational AI domain.
- Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and Use Cases.
