Our Digital Operations Chat team is a dynamic group of customer-focused professionals dedicated to setting the standard for quality care in the healthcare industry. As a unique team within blithequark's Customer Service Operations organization, we're universally trained in a wide range of healthcare products, including Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, and website support. Our team is passionate about creating a culture that prioritizes people - both our customers and our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Provide expert support to customers and healthcare providers, helping them understand our business and navigate complex healthcare topics, such as prior authorization status, claims issues, and benefit coverage related to medical and dental procedures.
- Utilize your technical knowledge and attention to detail to support multiple customers simultaneously within our Chat platform, ensuring seamless and efficient issue resolution.
- Deliver a one-stop customer experience, providing robust support for various lines of business and reducing transfers and wait times by resolving inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Advocate for our customers' health and wellness by educating them on disease management programs and recommending healthy living programs tailored to their needs.
Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer service environment.
- Thorough technical knowledge of Medical terminology, with the ability to understand and apply complex healthcare concepts.
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Proven time management and organizational skills, with a high level of motivation and a customer-centric approach.
