We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help build and scale a high-impact data platform that powers decision-making and innovation across engineering, legal, sales, marketing, and governance. You’ll play a critical role in designing real-time and batch data pipelines, ensuring data quality, privacy compliance, and accessibility through user-friendly portals and dashboards. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering precision and business impact.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable data pipelines that align with privacy and governance requirements.
Build and evolve data consumption portals for both technical and non-technical users.
Own data quality and integrity across all supported systems and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, legal, sales, marketing, and strategy to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
Troubleshoot dashboard and system issues, ensuring reliability and accuracy of outputs.
5+ years of advanced SQL experience (query optimization, indexing, procedures, etc.)
5+ years of hands-on development in Go, Python, Java, or Scala
Proven expertise building data pipelines for analytics, reporting, and system integrations
Experience with distributed databases and data migrations
Strong API skills (JSON, GraphQL)
Deep understanding of data structures and performance optimization
Ability to manage and prioritize work across multiple stakeholders and departments
Analytical skills for debugging and validating data
