Job Description:
• Cybersecurity Leader for Non-Core systems and processes in the Electrification Systems Segment
• Report to the CISO of Electrification and collaborate with the Vernova CISO and their Staff
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of a portfolio of Cyberservices
• Ensure that specific BU Cyber Risks meet the risk tolerance of both the BU and the overall Vernova Organization
• Work closely with the central Cybersecurity team and the BU DT teams
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the Electrification Segment’s unique Cybersecurity and technical regulatory environment
• Communicate BU Cyber risks to the Central Cybersecurity team and the BU Leadership Team
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and key enablers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
• minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Security or 6 years of Information Security experienced with a Master’s degree
• Specific experience in implementing US Military Cybersecurity compliance requirements (DFARS, and CMMC), as well as classified environments.
• US Citizenship and ability to get a DOD Security Clearance, if required.
• 3 years of experience leading large security programs
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT Security and risk frameworks including: ISO 2700x, NIST 800
• Ability and willingness to travel, as required.
