About the Role: Senior Full Stack Developer - Virtual Customer Care Chat Professional
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) organization. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing digital experiences that drive business results and create a genuine human connection with our customers. You'll work closely with our OnBrand Production Director and be part of our in-house creative agency, which is on a journey for exciting expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute development for multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Write high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use.
- Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces, collaborating with UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences.
- Partner with QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and use learnings to optimize overall development processes.
- Develop an overall development approach and guide other developers through execution to delivery, providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight.
- Ensure all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Essential Qualifications:
