Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive employee engagement. Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution. Collaborate on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce. Advise on compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity. Develop and deliver HR programs and initiatives that enhance organizational culture and promote diversity and inclusion. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Facilitate change management processes and support organizational design initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion in an HR Business Partner role. Proven experience working in a fully remote or remote-first environment, demonstrating adaptability and strong virtual collaboration skills. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent management, compensation, and benefits administration. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
