We are looking for a senior manager to join the International CMP (Customer Marketing
As a manager, International CMP, product, you willÂ
- Drive regional inputs and global alignment on key equipment
- Collaborate with key cross-functional and cross-regional experts to inform global sustainable packaging strategy and develop tools and best practices to support regional activations.
- Manage and optimize global knowledge sharing channels, forums, and processes, enabling visibility and coordination among international business units.
- Develop and evolve licensee standards and best practices for the development, launch, and optimization of Starbucks product and sustainability programs globally.
- Provide consultation to international business units in the form of guidance, support, feedback, and advocacy in the domain areas of Equipment
WeÂd Love To Hear From People With
- Strong desire to support international and cross-cultural initiatives.
- Ability to build a level of trust and respect amongst peer groups and leaders. Ability to navigate large stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze
- 5-7 years Âproduct management, brand management and/or marketing experience; consulting and client service skillset
