What we are looking for -

We are looking for aa Senior Manager (Placement)who will be responsible for networking with employers, sourcing opportunities through personal and professional connects, coordinating between employers and learners and ensuring placements for learners.

The incumbent works closely with employers and maintains long term relationship and acts as an interface between the employer and the candidates to ensure the smooth end-to end administration of the placement program.

1. Source suitable job opportunities through personal network, PL's network and other job sites

2. Liaising with employers about candidate applications, and developing relationships and understanding hiring requirements from these employers
3. Understand the candidate profile and work experiences and skills, and mapping them to suitable opportunities
4. Act as the main point of contact for partner organizations and students with regard to operational issues

5. Coordinate and assist learners in applying for suitable opportunities and exchanging all information correctly

6. Assist and Guide learners in improving their profile, CV to match the recruiter requirements

7. Sending regular reminders/ messages on slack and emails for pulse checking and tracking progress, and creating and sharing weekly placement updates

8. Update dashboard / master tracker on daily basis with the progress made by learners and Mentor during job application process

9. Create candidate decks, and innovate on ways to best present the candidates to the recruiters

10. Should be open to work on setting up new processes and writing brief guiding documents for the career and recruitment vertical

Requirements

1. Candidate must be proficient in written and spoken English

2. Must be highly organized and disciplined in managing daily operations

3. Should be comfortable working with basic spreadsheets, Learning Management System (required training will be provided)

4. Must be comfortable interacting with learners and mentors

5. Must be detail and solutions-oriented
