This role covers both strategy and execution during the trial period. You are expected to think like a growth operator, not a task executor.
Engagement Structure
Initial 1.5 month paid trial
Extension to 3 months based on performance and clarity of impact
Month to month continuation after if performance is strong
Lead Generation and Revenue Strategy
Own strategic oversight of all lead generation and appointment generation efforts
Advise on offer positioning, service prioritization, and pricing angles to maximize revenue per booked appointment
Identify which services should be pushed at launch versus delayed
Optimize for booked appointments, show up rate, and revenue quality, not leads volume
Paid Ads Setup and Execution
Execute and advise on Meta ad account setup, business manager structure, pixels, domains, verification, and compliance
Build and manage campaign structure suitable for a new or early stage MedSpa
Make clear decisions on lead forms versus landing pages and budget allocation
Actively manage and optimize campaigns during the trial period
Diagnose performance issues and adjust quickly
Creative Direction and Ad Messaging
Lead creative strategy for paid ads
Provide scripts, hooks, angles, talking points, and examples
Guide the client team on what to film and how to frame offers
Continuously refine messaging based on performance data
Funnels and Conversion Systems
Advise and execute on funnel strategy for lead capture and booking
Execute funnel creation where required
Advise on funnel structure, flow logic, and conversion optimization
I will handle admin level execution and deeper technical builds when needed
CRM and Appointment Flow Advisory
Advise on how leads should flow into the CRM and booking system
Recommend follow up structure, timing, and appointment setting logic
Align ads, funnels, and follow up into one cohesive system
Experience Requirements
Proven experience working with high level or luxury MedSpas
Understanding of premium patient expectations, compliance, and brand positioning
Experience optimizing for high value services, not discount driven volume
Ability to operate with minimal direction and high accountability
This role requires strong opinions, clear recommendations, and comfort being responsible for outcomes.
