Role Overview

The Senior Operations Process Manager will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of store‑operations processes across designated regions. Reporting to the Operations Strategy leadership team, you will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders—including field leaders, business analysts, technology partners, and senior executives—to design, implement, and scale process improvements that directly impact store performance, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction. This is a high‑visibility, remote role that requires strategic thinking, data‑driven decision‑making, and the ability to influence without direct authority. You will lead a small team of Business Analysts, guiding them to deliver actionable insights and operational excellence.
