Oversee and manage projects related to food and drug safety, ensuring timely and successful completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop project plans and strategies. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with regulatory processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies. Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and other key stakeholders. Evaluate and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and objectives. Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and other stakeholders. Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes related to food and drug safety.
