The role involves managing month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic insights through budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Requirements
- Post transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts using QuickBooks Online.
- Adjust and reconcile loan and debt accounts.
- Review and classify fixed asset activity.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of balance sheet and P&L statements.
- Analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies.
- Lead monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning.
- Partner with business units to gather data and deliver insights.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and scenarios.
- Perform cost analysis, margin reviews, and profitability tracking.
- Improve FP&A tools and processes.
- Cross-functional collaboration with accounting, operations, and executive teams.
- Support audits and tax filings.
