Senior Tax Manager / Tax Director Compensation: $160k-$225k+ base | Performance bonuses | Partner track in under 2 years Requirements: CPA required | 8-10+ years tax experience | Proven leader Location: 100% Remote (California Applicants Only) Well-established San Jose/Bay Area CPA firm seeking a tax leader to join our succession plan. We're a growing firm with 50+ employees serving diverse clients from startups to privately held businesses generating up to $500M in annual revenue. We work across construction, manufacturing, non-profit, technology, and emerging startups—keeping your work intellectually stimulating and varied. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Partner in less than 2 years. We're thinking long-term and seeking someone who could step into the Managing Partner role as part of our succession planning.
