Key Responsibilities: Driving Innovation in Network Planning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to automate and optimize business processes, re-engineering them as needed to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Document user stories and business requirements, applying your analytical skills to resolve complex issues and recommend innovative solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end design, development, production, and support of products within the Flight Schedules domain, ensuring high-quality automation solutions that meet business needs.
- Plan and track project deliverables, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and any potential risks or delays.
- Remove blockers to delivery, escalating issues when necessary, and effectively manage risks and dependencies across internal departments and external partners.
- Conduct analyses to support management decisions, proactively communicating any challenges or risks during the automation development sprints.
- Coordinate among multiple cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives, including UAT and post-deployment validation.
Essential Qualifications: The Skills We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in a related field such as IT or aviation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Experience working with AWS cloud environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, defining agile requirements and ensuring the delivery of tangible benefits.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to negotiate and partner with stakeholders to prioritize backlog.
