Evaluate customer requests for proposals, prepare material lists based on needs, and guide purchasing methods in collaboration with the tender department.
Oversee the delivery, installation, and post-sales training of materials, while attending surgeries to ensure proper product use.
Address customer feedback or complaints, take necessary corrective actions, and communicate resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
Support marketing initiatives, logistics operations, and cross-functional collaboration to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in comprehensive Operating Room Solutions, Operating Room Communications systems, OR Tables and Lights, OR Integration etc.
Fluency in Arabic with a good command of English.
Strong expertise in sales techniques, marketing strategies, and delivering product demonstrations.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with hospital staff and biomedical engineers.
Experience in OR Projects would be an advantage.
