About the role:
We’re looking for a Shared Services Administrator to predominantly support our Diagnostic World shared services team. This is a part-time permanent position, working remotely.
This role is focussed on providing administrative support across the companies shared services functions and will have exposure to a wide range of company functions and processes.
Your time would be split primarily between the finance, quality and HR teams; however, this may change depending on the needs of the company.
Finance
- To provide support to the Finance Coordinator and assist with general administration requests.
- Process Purchase Invoices as per procedure including contractors and employee expenses.
- Process expenses and chase for approval from line managers.
- Resolve supplier queries.
- Support with monitoring the finance inbox and ensure that all requests and queries are actioned correctly.
- Reviewing supplier accounts to ensure they are up to date and accurate.
- Process clinic worksheets and capture data on central documents.
