We’re looking for a Social Media Analyst that is ready to collaborate with multiple teams to support a globally recognized HR and Payroll Implementation and professional services brand. Regular reporting includes owned performances cross-platform, audience development, and creative insights for recommendations. What You'll Do: • Support our best-in-class client base by partnering with creative and strategy teams to provide insights that bring their social media presence to the next level • Track project KPIs and collaborate on a reporting roadmap that supports brand initiatives across priority social platforms • Translate large datasets into actionable insights and present those findings across the organization to a variety of audiences • Own measurement for several of our social media platforms including managing data collection and recommending opportunities for additional streamlining • Scheduling meetings with external and internal partners for collaboration and projects • Work with marketing to design and execute marketing material for various events/conferences • Research various industry local and national events/conferences for the CEO to attend as Guest Speaker, panelist, etc. • Support the marketing analyst with social media posts and reposts, etc. • Search and secure new guest speakers for CEO podcast “When Worlds Unite: HR & AI” https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYcSzFjLzNS0sCgCaB9JWVQ • Support the promotion and various activities such as all volunteer and charity events CEO attends. • Support the CEO on any, and all, other various assignments and tasks as needed. • Additional support as needed for Event Planning: Researching, scheduling, organize and book, 6 annual events/conferences • Attend all conferences for pre-post setup/breakdown and video, photos and content collections for social media posts What We're Looking For: • 2+ years of experience doing social media reporting and insights, preferably on campaigns that have integrated influencer marketing • Advanced experience with Excel • Experience working in social media data, with an understanding of social performance metrics with the ability to identify why content is/isn’t successful • Familiarity working in social media monitoring tools, social media management tools, and social listening tools (Zoho Marketing Campaigne, CreatorIQ, Sprinklr, Meltwater, ListenFirst etc.) • Experience working with data visualization and presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Onenotes, Hubspot, Keynote, etc.) • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships (both internally and with clients) • Ability to conduct high level analysis and provide insights in a consumable format that provides creative and strategy teams with actionable next steps • Has a finger on the pulse of emerging social trends and platforms, and can think critically about how to implement those best practices for our clients Benefits • Paid Time Off • Bonus • Paid USA Holiday • Flexible hours (standard 9am-6pm EST) • 100% Remote work Apply Now Apply Now
