Job Description:
• As a Network Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for developing network solutions that enable our data orchestration and management (DOM) capabilities.
• Work closely with Solution Sales Managers and Digital Automation Consultants, using data from network assessments to define customer challenges and IT/OT network requirements.
• Lead the solution design specification (SDS) process, creating a blueprint for proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations that showcase the solution and our capabilities.
• Advise Commercial Operations and Project Management teams on scope and design, ensuring a smooth handoff to execution teams.
• Provide insights into customer trends, product or capability gaps, and successful outcomes.
• Foster collaboration, teamwork, and communication serving as the central point of coordination among internal and external stakeholders in each project opportunity.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience Designing, Implementing, Maintaining and / or Managing Network Equipment in Layer 2, 3 for Wired and Wireless Networks
• Experience commissioning or Integrating Systems or Software delivering Data Orchestration or Protection (i.e. ZTNA, NAC, Cybersecurity)
• Bachelors degree in engineering with a focus on Networking and Ethernet based communications
• Proven track record within a Network Architecture or Development role in Healthcare Environments
• Network Credentials like CCNA, CCIE, JCNIA, ECS or similar from Network Equipment Manufacturers
• Experience working with cross functional teams, including Solution Architects, Solution Line Management, Product Development, Automation Consultants, Sales, Marketing and or Product Development
• Experience with Ethernet Protocol, and Language Models deployed in Material Handling or Discrete Mfg. Environments
• Experience in Cloud, Edge and Hybrid Connectivity
• Experience in OT Networks addressing Healthcare Environmental Regulation
• Demonstrate the ability to translate complex or technical Network with non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrate solid knowledge and understanding of key technology and market trends, and competitors' solutions.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to perform the duties of the role (50% + frequency of travel)
