Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, providing professional and courteous service in both Spanish and English
- Monitor and efficiently manage the main company email inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper routing
- Direct calls, emails, and communications to the appropriate team members and departments with accuracy and attention to detail
- Take comprehensive messages and maintain detailed records of all client interactions
- Provide essential reception coverage that enables existing staff to focus on high-priority projects and strategic initiatives
- Support basic administrative functions as needed during your coverage hours
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal communication)
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with VoIP phone systems or strong willingness to learn new technology
- Excellent email management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
- Availability to work consistently during business hours in Eastern Time zone
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
