We are looking for a talented Special Project Analyst - your role is to support our Re7 Labs business by researching, validating, and executing new business strategies at the convergence of Fintech and Web3.
Responsibilities
- Construct industry research and mapping exercises to identify and validate new business opportunities and acquisition targets that Re7 can take advantage of
- Document products / industry developments / business models and present recommendations to the Labs team
- Work closely with the Re7 Labs team on market developments that inform business opportunities and challenges by establishing strong information flows promptly and accurately
- Monitor industry trends in Web3, fintech, and traditional finance to inform long-term strategic planning
- Capture, consolidate and synthesise feedback on Re7's products and services to enable us to keep pace with changing requirements
- Provide research content for publishing on blogs & socials
Requirements
- Proven track record and 1+ years experience of Web3 research, VC, consulting
- 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of experience in TradFi / Product (VC, M&A, strategy consulting, Fintechs, etc.)
- Experience building lasting relationships with a range of different types and size of DeFi / Crypto client base
- Excellent communication, organisational, time management and planning skills
- Strong work ethic and results focused, taking ownership & accountability for consistent results
- University graduate
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and the commitment to excel in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership

- Analyze TradFi/fintech yield-like products and propose integration paths with DeFi vaults via APIs, custodians, or wrappers.
- Recommend and justify the top three integration opportunities for Re7 based on market size, tech fit, and yield stability.
