Key Responsibilities:
- Execute testing across business units to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Inspect documents, records, and systems to verify compliance and identify trends or weaknesses
- Evaluate business policies, procedures, and processes against regulatory requirements
- Compile and maintain work papers and supporting documentation of tests and findings
- Monitor and test business action plans to correct deficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, financial services, risk, or BSA/AML
- 6+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or audit (in lieu of education)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
