Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to support our business through data analysis, insights, and recommendations. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Develop analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting to inform business decisions
- Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise to improve the customer experience and drive business growth
- Advance the analytical capabilities of the business and collaborate on the design of analytical solutions
- Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Apply statistical techniques (e.g., t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, factor analysis) to drive business insights and results
What We're Looking For:
- Insatiable curiosity, high intellectual and analytical strength, and a passion for data-driven insights and business results
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space, with strong SQL, Python, or R skills
- Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Master's Degree in a quantitative field
- Data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
- Experience with marketing landing pages, join funnel, and commerce spaces
- Consulting background, MBA, or multi-industry experience
