Job Description:
As a Sr Data Analyst, you will be part of Disney's Immediate to Buyer Item and Tech Examination group, where you will:
- Build analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces
- Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions
- Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
- Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Apply descriptive and inferential statistics to understand customer behaviors and drive business results
What You'll Bring:
- Unrelenting curiosity, high intellectual and analytical strength, and a passionate pursuit of analysis-driven insights and business results
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
- 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills
- Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects with excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
- Experience with marketing landing pages, join funnel, and business spaces
- Ability to identify and effectively communicate issues to management
- Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
