System Administrator
Location: Remote (Latin America, aligned to Eastern Time)

Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based servers and workstations.
- Manage domain controllers, network connectivity, and security protocols.
- Monitor and maintain cloud backup systems to ensure data availability.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Configure and manage firewalls, ports, and high-availability network setups.
- Assemble, upgrade, and maintain desktop computers and related hardware.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (C1+) required for client and team interaction.
- 3+ years of IT support or system administration experience.
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2022.
- Networking skills (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Experience with domain environments and Active Directory.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with accountability tools.
- Ability to work aligned with Eastern Time (EST/EDT).
