- Developing skills and best practices to be a successful financial advisor
Skills
- Obtain necessary licenses, including: State Life, Health and Annuity, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6 and 63 or 7 and 66
- Self-disciplined, independent and driven to succeed
- Motivated by helping others and seeing them achieve their goals
- A natural coach or guide with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about living a life of generosity by serving others, not just selling products
- Experience in outside sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, military or other relevant fields
