As Team Lead BDR at remberg, you take full ownership of our Business Development Team and play a crucial role in building a world-class outbound engine. You’re hands-on, energetic, and thrive in the hustle of SaaS sales. You know how to lead by example, coach with impact, and scale what works. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, develop, and motivate a team of ~7 BDRs (full disciplinary and functional responsibility)
Act as a coach and sparring partner on messaging, outreach tactics, and qualification — daily, data-driven, and high-energy
Set ambitious targets and support your team in reaching and exceeding them
Lead by example — be on the phones, in the inboxes, and in the field alongside your team
Build a strong team culture that thrives on ownership, impact, and learning
Outbound & Process Excellence
Develop and continuously optimize scalable outbound workflows — from prospecting to handover
Implement smart automation and AI-powered tools to boost efficiency and personalization at scale
Ensure best-in-class execution across all outreach channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Introduce outbound playbooks and cadences that drive quality pipeline growth
Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with Sales Leadership, AEs, and Marketing to align on ICPs, messaging, and handover quality
Track team performance, analyze outreach data, and iterate on tactics based on insights
Report regularly on team KPIs and proactively identify levers to improve conversion
YOUR PROFILE
Sales Leadership & People Skills
1+ year of experience leading a BDR or SDR team, ideally in B2B SaaS
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for people development
You're a true role model — hungry, structured, and driven to win
Comfortable owning team performance and driving results under pressure
Outbound Mindset & Sales Excellence
You love cold outreach — and know how to inspire your team to master it too
Familiar with modern sales methodologies (e.g. SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger)
Strong understanding of outbound strategy, prospecting tools, and sales automation
Analytical & Communication Skills
You think in KPIs, make data-based decisions, and continuously optimize
You bring strong communication skills and work well across functions
Fluent in German and proficient in English
