Each position plays a critical role in providing advanced engineering services and support to the company's major accounts, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Cisco's technology solutions. Telecommuting is permitted for all positions, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. However, candidates should be prepared for travel requirements, which may reach up to 40% for certain roles, necessitating visits to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. The Technical Leader will provide technical consultation and leadership, guiding teams in delivering high-quality engineering services. The Services Managers will assist customers and partners in the design, implementation, and adoption of Cisco's Secure Email solution, as well as deliver product implementation support. The Site Reliability Engineer will focus on designing and implementing automated solutions to enhance the security, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure and services. The Software QA Engineer will be responsible for debugging software products and maintaining quality standards through systematic testing. Lastly, the Solutions Engineer will offer business-level guidance on technology trends and competitive threats, ensuring that the account team is well-informed and equipped to address client needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and leadership in the support and delivery of advanced engineering services to major accounts. ,
- Assist customers and partners with the design, implementation, and adoption of the company's Secure Email solution. ,
- Deliver product implementation adoption and optimization support to customers. ,
- Design and implement automated solutions to enhance the security, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure and systems/services. ,

Requirements
- Proven experience in technical consultation and leadership roles. ,
