About the Role

We are seeking aTechnical Account Advisorto build and maintain a deep technical partnership with a strategic Nordic and Baltic provider of national critical infrastructure. This customer has a visionary roadmap for cybersecurity transformation built on the TrendAI Platform, and you will play a critical role in helping them realize that vision while maintaining the highest levels of cyber resilience.

In this role, you will deliver expert technical enablement to drive successful platform adoption, ensuring the customer can fully leverage the Trend Micro ecosystem. You will advise on architecture, implementation, and best practices, helping the customer mitigate cyber risk through optimal use of our capabilities.

As a trusted technical advisor embedded within a complex, high-security environment, you will provide tailored, proactive, and focused engineering support. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, through strategic guidance, deep technical expertise, and personalized solutions.

This position is designed for a seasoned IT professional with strong experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity, who is comfortable operating at both a technical and strategic level with senior customer stakeholders.
