Job Description:
• Provide evidence-based outpatient treatment services designed to produce desired results
• Deliver care from your home office via secure virtual platforms
• Maintain quality, thorough, and timely documentation of services encompassing all aspects of patient care within the EHR
• Participate actively in clinical supervision and training to develop deep competence across eight professional practice dimensions
• Maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with the Clinical Director, administrative staff, co-workers, and community stakeholders
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in a Human Services-related field (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
• Licensed or licensable to practice therapy in both the State of Wyoming and the State of Idaho
• High comfort level with technology, virtual care platforms (Zoom), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Office 365
• Strong clinical understanding of evaluations, treatment planning, service coordination, documentation standards, and professional ethics
• High degree of organizational skill, sharp attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening and background check.
