We are compliance-first by design — built by experienced clinicians and operators who are tired of the “move fast and hope it works” approach that puts providers at risk. We’re hiring licensed prescribers including • Nurse Practitioners (NP) • Physician Assistants (PA) • Physicians (MD/DO) If you are licensed to prescribe in the U.S. and you want a telehealth system that is structured, audit-ready, and built to scale safely — we want you. What You’ll Treat You’ll provide care across a broad, high-demand clinical mix, including: • GLP-1 medical weight management • TRT / HRT • Men’s health • Women’s health • Peptides / wellness protocols (within scope + protocols) • Primary care • Urgent care • Preventative care + wellness services • *DEA preferred but not required.** We support both controlled and non-controlled workflows depending on credentials, scope, and state requirements. Compensation (Transparent + Professional) Compensation is per completed visit • Synchronous (video) visits: $15 per visit • Typical slot length is ~10 minutes • Efficient providers can complete up to ~6/hour (where clinically appropriate) • Asynchronous visits: $7 per visit • Efficient providers often complete these in ~3–5 minutes depending on complexity • *Earnings translate to a professional hourly equivalent based on efficiency and visit mix.** (We’re intentionally transparent about the model so expectations are clean from day one.) • *Pathway for high performers: 1099 → W2 option**, which may include: • Health / dental / vision • 401(k) • PTO • Long-term stability + clinical leadership track The Workflow (Built for Speed Without Sloppiness) Most telehealth platforms force providers to juggle tools and patchwork systems. Requirements • Active U.S. license as NP, PA, MD, or DO • Multi-state licensure strongly preferred (4+ ideal) • DEA preferred but not required • Telehealth experience is a plus (not required if you’re strong clinically + operationally) • Comfort working inside a structured, compliance-driven care environment • Reliable communication + clinical judgment (we move quickly, but clean) • *We can support additional state licensure after 90 days.** Reimbursement may be available with clinical leadership approval.
