Job Title: Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned test engineer who will play a pivotal role in evaluating and improving the quality of our platform, to deliver best-in-class support experience for both consumers and support agents. You should be comfortable writing UI automation code or conducting exploratory manual tests, troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline issues, and drafting comprehensive test plan for feature launches, You will also have the opportunity to architect and build a next generation automation framework that can cover both first party and 3rd party softwares as a holistic hybrid platform.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Automation/Manual Testing experience. Must be coming from a hands on role
• 3+ years of hands on experience using automation framework Playwright
• Solid experience with scripting languages such as Python and Javascript.
• Experience with Generative AI / ML at application level
• Experience in Customer Support Portal / SaaS domain
• MUST be able to interact with High level stakeholders
• Solid experience with API testing: REST, GraphQL or gRPC alike.
• Basic knowledge of modern frontend such as React, DOM etc
• Proven track records of maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience writing test plans, working with product stakeholders
• Comfortable with both automated and manual approach depends on business needs
• Experience developing build tooling or automation frameworks
• Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure in general
• Experience with Security/Privacy testing, or having the compliance mindset
• Strong advocate for reliability, observability and operational excellence
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals
