Position Overview
Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking Associate Therapists (LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A) to join our growing, multi-state behavioral health team.
This role is designed for early-career clinicians who want more than just supervision hours—you’ll gain structured training, real clinical experience, and the opportunity to develop within a high-performance, integrated care model.
You will work under the supervision of fully licensed clinicians while delivering therapy in a system built around consistency, accountability, and measurable patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy under supervision using evidence-based approaches
Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teams
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Participate in structured supervision and clinical development
Deliver care via in-person and hybrid settings
Qualifications:
Associate-level license: LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A (or equivalent)
Eligible for supervision under state guidelines
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
High level of accountability and willingness to learn
Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation standards
