Our Client's website provides free spreadsheets, templates, and workflow tools for TCs, Virtual Assistants, and Real Estate Agents. We need someone who understands real estate transactions, workflows, and TC responsibilities, and can help ensure our website content and resources are accurate, user-friendly, and relevant.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Reviewing spreadsheets, checklists, and workflow tools to ensure accuracy and usability for TCs
Suggesting improvements to content for clarity and effectiveness
Helping organize resources on the website for maximum ease of use
Testing downloads and templates to ensure everything works correctly
Providing input on new resource ideas that TCs and agents will love
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, or VA supporting real estate teams
Familiarity with contract-to-close processes, escrow timelines, and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly and give actionable feedback
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and other basic web tools
Preferred but not required:
Experience with WordPress or website content management
Previous work creating or managing real estate templates or workflows
