Transportation Dispatcher - PM Hours (Remote Opportunity)

Job Goal: The primary goal of this position is to maintain efficient communications and route assignments among our fleet of vehicles, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our students.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dispatch personnel and vehicles as prescribed by Supervisor
• Serve as receptionist for the Transportation Office
• Efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
• Assign students to appropriate vehicles and routes
• Maintain and update student routing and attendance schedules using available technology
• Calmly handle bus driver and parent/guardian concerns in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associates Degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal skills
