Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Inflight Services Specialist to join our team. As a remote data analysis and AI solutions expert, you will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and optimize operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to solve complex business problems using quantitative analysis, statistical models, and AI solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific techniques and research in statistics, forecasting, AI, and analytics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A postgraduate education (PhD or ABD) in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
- Coursework or work experience in statistics, forecasting, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or Julia.
- Experience with data analysis and AI solutions, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Excellent business, technical, and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
