Job Description:
• Own the end-to-end strategy for Ads, AI Email, and Core ABM—define and drive unified product vision
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Drive AI-powered innovation (Predictive Light, AI Marketing Assistant, Conversational UI) to transform marketer engagement
• Champion customer outcomes: build products that demonstrate impact on pipeline, revenue, and buying stage progression
• Scale product leadership: recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing PM team and foster a culture of ownership and experimentation
• Evangelize 6sense externally as a thought leader in B2B marketing, ABM, and AI-driven engagement
• Deliver on strategic themes: account & persona prioritization, AI Email expansion, advertising innovation, sales & marketing alignment, analytics & attribution

• Experience: 10+ years in product management leadership and a background in Martech
• Bonus: Deep experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or ABM platforms
