The Role:

DailyPay is seeking a visionary, data-obsessed, and deeply empathetic VP of UX and Product Design to lead our user experience and design functions. This is a highly strategic role for a leader who is passionate about creating tangible value and delightful experiences for everyday workers. You will be responsible for setting the design vision and strategy across our entire ecosystem of products—including our core employee app, the DailyPay VISA® Prepaid Card, and our partner-facing portals—ensuring every interaction is seamless, intuitive, and empowering.

As the chief advocate for our users, you will build and mentor a world-class team of UX designers, researchers, and writers. You will leverage deep quantitative and qualitative data to champion a user-centric culture, partnering with executive leadership to ensure that a profound understanding of user needs is the engine that drives our product strategy and business growth. This is an opportunity to shape a product that has a measurable, positive impact on the financial lives of millions.
