Responsibilities
Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
Handle diverse projects such as marketing systems, website edits, and managing third-party platforms.
Independently execute tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and deliver exceptional service.
Prepare and distribute detailed reports on a daily and weekly basis.
Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and client video meetings.
Ideal Candidate
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team.
Extensive customer service experience with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Proficiency in systems like Wix, Teamwork, Google Suite, Shopify, WordPress, CRM’s, and project management software.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create efficient systems and processes.
Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM’s, and project management software.
Excellent Communication Skills, Essential For Remote Work.
Home office setup including a Mac or PC, high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
