A full-time Social Worker position is available for the 26-27 school year, providing telehealth services and in-person support to students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. This role supports the social and emotional well-being of students in a school environment located in Mounds, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver telehealth and on-site social work services to students across Pre-K to 12th grade
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to develop intervention plans
• Assess student needs and provide crisis intervention when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant licensure or certification in social work
