Requirements
Proven experience with Vtiger CRM Community Edition
Strong understanding of CRM lifecycle & workflows
Experience configuring Service Contracts, HelpDesk & Dashboards
Able to work from provided functional specifications
No heavy custom coding required (configuration-focused)
