Duties
• Meet with pre-qualified clients in virtual appointments who have already shown interest in insurance coverage.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage by clearly explaining available options.
• Work from a consistent flow of company-provided, high-quality leads with no cold outreach required.
• Remain current on insurance products, industry changes, and compliance requirements.
• Engage in ongoing virtual training and coaching to continue developing your sales skills.
• Manage your own schedule while working remotely from any location.
Skills
• You are licensed in life insurance or willing to obtain your license with our support.
• You communicate clearly, build rapport easily, and establish trust with clients.
• You are driven, coachable, and committed to ongoing learning and improvement.
• You are comfortable using technology and conducting virtual meetings via Zoom or similar platforms.
• You are organized, self-motivated, and effective at managing your time independently.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful, but enthusiasm and a strong work ethic matter most.
• You demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping clients.
• You have dependable internet service and a computer suitable for remote work.
